Does Lumanu support payments to creators with international or non-US bank accounts?

No. Lumanu currently supports depositing funds to U.S. based financial institutions in US dollars. If you have a non-US bank account, you can join our waitlist here.

Connecting your bank is fast and easy. Simply navigate to your profile within your Lumanu account and select “add payment.”

There are two options for how to connect your bank to Lumanu: via Plaid or via direct deposit using your routing and account number. Both options are fast and secure.

Plaid works behind the scenes to provide a secure and continuous connection from your bank account to Lumanu. All you need to do is select your bank, and log in with your username and password.  Plaid is used by thousands of trusted companies like Venmo, Acorns, Chime, Stripe, Expensify, and Digit to provide a safe and simple way to link your bank account.

Because Plaid is fully encrypted, Lumanu will never have access to your account––we'll never be able to take money out of your bank account or see how much is in it.

With advertiser access (also known as whitelisting), your brand partners can amplify your content by boosting or by creating dark posts. Boosting is when a brand puts paid media behind your organic post, increasing its reach to a larger audience. Dark posting is when brands create posts that do not show up on your organic feed but still use your social handles and content. Both boosting and dark posting allow brands to amplify your content to their target audiences and add calls to action.

Yes. You can use the same Lumanu account for all of your brand partnerships and to create collabs with other creators or teammates too! Your brand partner does not need to have a Lumanu account to access your Lumanu collab link or pay a Lumanu invoice.  The only time a brand needs to have a Lumanu account is to share advertiser access permissions through Lumanu.
