When connecting your bank account to Lumanu:
You do not need to create a new bank account to use Lumanu.
To protect your data, the entire process of linking your bank account is encrypted from start to finish. Your personal banking information will never be viewed, withdrawn, or stored by Lumanu or Lumanu account holders/clients. Lumanu will have direct deposit access ONLY.

Connecting your bank is fast and easy. Simply navigate to your profile within your Lumanu account and select “add payment.”
There are two options for how to connect your bank to Lumanu: via Plaid or via direct deposit using your routing and account number. Both options are fast and secure.
Plaid works behind the scenes to provide a secure and continuous connection from your bank account to Lumanu. All you need to do is select your bank, and log in with your username and password. Plaid is used by thousands of trusted companies like Venmo, Acorns, Chime, Stripe, Expensify, and Digit to provide a safe and simple way to link your bank account.
Because Plaid is fully encrypted, Lumanu will never have access to your account––we'll never be able to take money out of your bank account or see how much is in it.

Link your PayPal account to Lumanu by navigating under the Balance tab and clicking Connect Account.After selecting PayPal as your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign in to your account.
Once signed in, you will be directed back to the Lumanu app where you can withdraw your funds directly to your PayPal account.'
