Business Development Coordinator

Lumanu is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our Co-Founder/CEO and Business Development team. In this role, you will need to be able to handle a wide range of sales, marketing, and administrative support tasks and juggle diverse responsibilities. This role requires someone who thrives in a constantly changing environment and enjoys streamlining hectic days. This is an excellent opportunity if you are incredibly well organized, flexible, maintain great relationships internally and externally, and are an amazing communicator.

In this role, you will also act as an extension of our CEO, accompanying him to in-person meetings with top brand and agency execs in New York. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast growing startup and is ideal for someone who wishes to grow professionally within the digital marketing, fashion, and beauty industry.

Join us and you will

  • Serve as a true partner to the CEO by anticipating and executing on tactical as well as strategic issues
  • Work on a variety of strategic projects to deliver value to Lumanu and our customers and partners
  • Prep meeting materials, agendas, take meeting notes, and manage action items when needed
  • Work on multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Help build great relationships both inside and outside Lumanu
  • Provide input for ways to improve structures and efficiency of the organization
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy, while achieving organizational objectives
  • Event planning, including but not limited to company-wide off-site events, team happy hours, executive off-site meetings, etc.
  • Help coordinate and manage our hiring pipeline
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules


  • You have 2+ years in administrative support, marketing, or account management
  • You've worked in a start-up or have experience working in a hyper-growth environment
  • You're adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment
  • You're a master multi-tasker: you need to manage multiple tasks/projects
  • You're incredibly detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • You're a self-starter: can take even the smallest project and run with it to the successful completion
