Lumanu's Branded Sign Up Page (BSP)
Lumanu’s newest feature, the Branded Sign Up Page, makes it easy to generate a custom link that can be seamlessly integrated into existing conversation threads with your influencers/creators. The Branded Sign Up Page replaces the process of uploading influencers (names, emails, and social channels) to the Lumanu platform as well as the process of sending out Lumanu invites via email to your influencers to request whitelisting permissions.
The customized link will lead the influencer to a branded page where they’ll create an account using their email and upload their social channels (Instagram/Facebook Page), creating an enhanced collaboration experience from start to finish.
Below are the steps to walk through the Branded Sign Up Page flow:
- Log in to the Lumanu platform
- Tap the “Creator Manager” tab and click “Invite Influencer”. From there, you can copy your team’s custom link and share via email, DM, CRM etc.! No matter how you currently communicate with your influencers, your custom link can be used.
- Once an influencer clicks on the shared link, they will be directed to your team’s ‘Branded Sign Up Page’ where they will be able to authenticate their Facebook Page, Instagram account, and confirm their collaboration with your team.
With this update to the invite flow, we have also made a change to how you will view your creators within your Lumanu Creator Manager. Only influencers who have accepted your invite request and uploaded social channels to their Lumanu profile will appear in your Creator Manager. This allows you to easily see which creators have accepted the invite and started the authentication process. If a creator has not started uploading social channels to their Lumanu account, they will not appear in the Creator Manager.
Once the influencer successfully authenticates his/her social channels and confirms the collaboration with your team, they will display in the Creator Manager with a green Lumanu badge on their profile image alongside their Facebook Page and Instagram account.
With this update to the invite flow, we have also made a change to how you will view your creators within your Lumanu Creator Manager. Only influencers who have accepted your invite request and uploaded social channels to their Lumanu profile will appear in your Creator Manager. This allows you to easily see only which creator’s have accepted the invite and started the account creation process. If a creator has not started uploading social channels to their Lumanu account, they will not appear in the Creator Manager.
Shortly after they are authenticated, their content will flow into the content manager where your team will be able to utilize the influencer’s content in your SmartBoost and/or Ads Manager campaigns.
If you see that a creator has a yellow badge on his/her profile image this means that they have broken the Lumanu advertising connection. In this example below, this creator at one time confirmed the collaboration and authenticated her Instagram and Facebook channels. However, she has broken the advertising connection by removing the advertising permissions outside of the Lumanu app, unlinking her Facebook Page from her Instagram account, and/or switching her Instagram account back to a personal profile.
If you see this yellow badge on an influencer profile that you are trying to run ads through contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will provide you with next steps to fix the connection.
